Alicia, RVT

A RVT with 25 years of veterinary experience, we are hard-pressed to find an animal (or veterinary setting) that Alicia HASN’T worked with in one way or another! She has held many positions within hospitals, working her way from a kennel attendant to a practice manager. She has continued her education beyond RVT to include many additional certifications and diplomas to help support her through the variety of positions she has held.

Alicia truly loves veterinary medicine but especially loves mentoring staff and empowering them to find their passion within their clinic for a long veterinary career. One of the reasons she enjoys veterinary medicine is because she is curious and loves to learn, so having exposure to different species and their humans is invigorating and inspiring every day!

When Alicia isn’t working in the clinics, she is a mom to a human daughter, a Mexican street dog, a crazy Sheep-a-doodle, a crested gecko, a green-cheeked conure and at any given time other “strays” that need a warm home and a full belly! She also has a very understanding husband who she adventures with; as often as they can.
